Instrumental Duet,Piano C Instrument - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.880969 By Mandy Moore. By Jonathan Foreman. Arranged by Marco Polo C. Ignacio. Pop. Lead Sheet / Fake Book. 2 pages. MARCO POLO IGNACIO #6362263. Published by MARCO POLO IGNACIO (A0.880969). Only Hope is a song by American band Switchfoot. It was written by Jon Foreman for their 1999 album New Way to Be Human. The Christian-themed song is featured prominently in one of the scenes of the 2002 film A Walk to Remember.Only Hope was recorded by Mandy Moore for the film A Walk to Remember (arranged and produced by the film's composer Mervyn Warren) and is included in her compilation The Best of Mandy Moore, although left out of her 2002 release. It was slated as the second single after Cry, which, however, was not a hit and consequently Only Hope was not released to radio. A music video-largely a date of the movie-was shot and was released successfully to music channels in Asia.

Arranged by Paul Johnson. 20th Century,Film/TV. Brass Band. 25 pages. John Paulson #846599. Published by John Paulson (A0.1253089). Only Love was the Main Theme to Mistral's Daughter a 1984 mini-series,adapted from Judith Crantz's 1982 blockbuster novel of the same name.In 1925, Jewish atrists model Maggy Lunel arrives in Paris and overcomes her shyness by posing nude for struggling artist Julien Mistral. She enrages the reigning artists model queen Kiki by replacing her Montmartre's newest sensation. Paintings of her become an overnight success, and Mistral signs a contract with art dealer Adrien Avigdor. His business is arranged by American heiress Kate Browning, who is in love with him. At an art gallery, Mistrel sells a portrait of Maggy that he promised to her, prompting Maggy to leave him. This haunting melody has been arranged for full brass band and features Tenor Horn/Baritone and Flugelhorn solos throughout the piece, it was originally sang by Nana Mouskouri.

Soprano Saxophone Solo - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.998869 Composed by Robert A. Howard. Contemporary,Jazz,Standards. Individual part. 4 pages. Robert A. Howard #6348469. Published by Robert A. Howard (A0.998869). 'Contours' explores various shapes and directions of brief musical phrases, in the context of a virtuosic single-movement solo work. The piece takes the notion of improvisation, commonly associated with the saxophone, and aims to convey this through a fully notated work. Contours is cast in an overall ternary form. A fairly chromatic opening section develops a succession of short phrases, occasionally repeated by octave displacement, that are separated by notated silences. The middle section is more obviously influenced by jazz and is itself in an arch form. It is framed by a fanfare idea followed by a theme of triplet arpeggios. The apex of this central part is a jazz-like syncopated melody. This idea is repeated with its own canon, thus giving the illusion of two saxophones answering each other in contrasting octaves. The opening section then returns in full, exact in rhythm and almost exactly in inversion by pitch. The piece is accessible for the listener and is appropriate for advanced saxophonists, including students and professional players.Duration: 6 minutes 30 seconds. Registered with PRS (Performing Rights Society, UK).

Recorder Trio Alto Recorder,Bass Recorder,Tenor Recorder - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1146905 Composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. Arranged by Ander. Classical,Folk,March,Opera,Romantic Period. Recorder Ensemble. 8 pages. Woods Only, Arrangements #747104. Published by Woods Only, Arrangements (A0.1146905). This arrangement adapted for low recorder trio was written keeping the characteristics of the original work, in order to be performed by young music students who want to enter the symphonic music. Besides, it can also be used by professional musicians for recitals, repertoire, academic presentations and didactic material. The transcription remains faithful to the structure, with only one change in tone, so that it is comfortable for all the instruments in the formation, as well as being used as an activity in ensemble practice among musicians of different traditions. Beethoven's Turkish March (Op. 113) is the 4th movement of the operatic work: The Ruins of Athens, a set of incidental pieces written in 1812 by Ludwig van Beethoven, where the melody was originally written in 1809 as Theme with Six Variations for Piano, Op. 76. The work was written to accompany the play of the same name by August von Kotzebue, for the dedication of a new theater in Pest. Perhaps the best known part of the composition is the Marcia alla turca, In Latin America, this movement became known in Jean-Jacques Perrey's version (who titled it The Elephant never Forgets) since it was used as the opening theme of the successful Mexican TV comedy El Chavo del Ocho. The opening and the turkish march are often performed separately, and the other pieces in this set are not often heard.

This arrangement adapted for flute quartet was written keeping the characteristics of the original work, in order to be performed by young music students who want to enter the symphonic music.
